Plasticine Art

I taught my class plasticine art and it went really well. For one of my lessons the principal was in the room and she thought that the idea was amazing! Many of the teachers at my school are going to teach it to their classes at different times of the year. I have a power point presentation that I set up for my class when I was teaching the lesson it has step by step notes. If anyone would like it I would be happy to share!

Hey Z!
I am so happy that your lesson went well! When I taught Abstract Art I also used power point. I think power point is great to use when teaching art, it allows the students to see a variety of images.

Hi Zakkiya!
I used plasticine with my students too and they absolutely loved it! What a grade medium for making art, don't you think? I like your idea of using power point to convey images.

I was totally impressed with the work that your students did with the plasticine art. It seemed to be something that they really enjoyed because the evidence of effort was very obvious. I could easily see how happy you were about it too! I love how bright and vivid all the colours are in each piece!

Yay plasticine! I tried using it for a science lesson, not as successful. I think that maybe the class just wasn't ready for it I guess :S. Lovely art!
